Terms of Use
Last updated 8 June 2026
The short version: PicBop helps you clean your own photo library on your iPhone. You choose what to delete — always review before you confirm.
1 · Accepting these terms
By downloading or using PicBop, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you use PicBop through the App Store, Apple's terms also apply.
2 · Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use PicBop on Apple devices you own or control, for your own photo management. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app's source beyond what the law allows.
3 · One-time purchase
PicBop Pro is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription. It unlocks the Pro features described at the time of purchase for the account that bought it, and can be restored on your devices. Prices are shown in the App Store and may change for future buyers. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.
4 · Your photos are yours
This is the important one. PicBop is a tool that acts on the photo library you point it at:
- Swiping left only marks items; nothing is removed until you confirm on the review screen.
- When you confirm, items move to your Photos app's Recently Deleted, where you can recover them for a limited time.
- You are responsible for reviewing your selection before confirming. You decide what gets deleted.
Because you control the final confirmation, we are not responsible for photos you choose to delete. Keep your own backups of anything important.
5 · Acceptable use
Use PicBop only with photos you have the right to manage, and only for lawful purposes. Don't use it to harm others, infringe rights, or interfere with the app's security or operation.
6 · Availability
We work to keep PicBop reliable, but we may update, change, or discontinue features over time. The app requires a compatible iPhone and iOS version, which may change with future releases.
7 · Disclaimer
PicBop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will recover any deleted photo.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PicBop and its makers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of photos or data arising from your use of the app, including deletions you confirm. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
9 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above, and continued use of PicBop means you accept the updated terms.
